We were challenged to see which group could make the best TWB parody song describing our trip so far. The SNEEZY group took the win with a parody to a mash up of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Party in the USA, and American Pie.

Many darted off to explore the incredible Santa Monica pier! We enjoyed food at the Bubba Gump shrimp company, Pier Burgers, and of course ice cream. We warmed up for Disney by riding roller coasters, and seeing the other shops and attractions. Lots of money was spent on souvenirs haha! Those that stayed behind at the beach decided to face the powerful (and cold) Pacific Ocean waves and a scorching California sun which resulted in a lot of sun burns.... yikes.

Doing some chores before dinner! These bus cleaners are doing an awesome job.
All of us setting up camp (literally). Look how beautiful it is though! We have the tents up to dry from the other night, we aren't sleeping in them tonight!
The cooks made a delicious supper - chicken nugs and macaroni!!!!! We are bedding down early tonight for a big day at DISNEY tomorrow. We are so excited we can hardly stand it. But, we are TIRED. So, bedding down (some before the sun even sets).

After a fun beach day many tired campers loaded into the busses and vans to camp out in Anaheim. Most decided to take a much needed shower and nap before dinner to prepare to get to sleep early for our fun filled day tomorrow. Dinner consisted of Chicken Nuggets, with Mac & Cheese, with green beans and a sweet cookie for dessert. This meal reminded everyone of home, especially with the sweet tea! Everyone went to sleep at 9pm excited for our much anticipated magical day at Disneyland tomorrow.
