Day 17 - Cody, Wyoming
Hey guys! We are the Happy group consisting of Avery, Claire, Jack, Mitchell, Amelia, Kate, Emma, Jamey, Tommy, Clayton, Garrett, Grayson, Baker, and Cadence. Today we woke up to “Good morning lovelies” from Licky Vicky at 6am. We got ready to go white water rafting and ate some cereal before jumping on the bus. It was freezing outside! - but soooo pretty! We love Wyoming!

Once we got back from rafting, jobs began! Some of us were able to do our laundry, take nice showers, and reorganize our bags. The cooks went to Walmart to buy a few meals for us (thanks Cooks!), the others were able to wash our vans!
The cooks made the BEST hamburger helper! It didn't need no help!
Time to go downtown! Let's find us some gear!

During white water rafting, our guides were dressed up and super fun! Quite a few of us were pushed or fell into the freezing water but I mean hey, it woke us up. Some people got to ride the bull meaning the very front of the raft. After we got back, we did laundry and got showered up. We then walked around town and some got DQ. We left for Downtown at 5pm we got cowgirl and cowboy hats for the rodeo! Then got to the rodeo around 7:30pm.
Everyone had so much fun at the Rodeo! We all felt the true Western spirit at the Rodeo capital of the world! Another late night at the Ponderosa Campground ready to wake up bright and early at 7am (but that’s late to us nowadays). Goodnight we love y’all!!!!
